Following my previous very poor experience with another dentist at this clinic (who is fortunately no longer employed there), I am pleased to say that Johann Havenga fully restored my confidence in the clinic, which had been badly shaken.

Found the staff to be professional and helpful.

The hygenist and dental nurse, was friendly, put me at ease, explained everything they were doing . Very professional

New hygienist was very skilful. She was using new equipment and methods and explained them in detail before commencing the treatment. She kept checking on my comfort during the procedure. Afterwards, she offered further advice about brushing, etc. There were two other personnel attending: an assistant and (presumably) a trainee. It felt like a spa treatment!

Friendly, helpful, excellent value. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Monika and Paula were excellent … I was running a little late and they adapted to ensure I could still receive my treatment and didn’t risk the way they looked after me.

The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. The dental nurses were friendly and caring. The hygienist was thorough and explained in detail how best to keep my teeth clean. The dentist was professional,friendly and reassuring. She did a thorough examination and xrays. She explained her findings and gave advice on caring for my teeth

The team took very good care of me both times I’ve had an appointment. Dental hygienist was very helpful and listened to what I needed.

Being an elderly lady am nervous attending the dentist. The treatment was first class and I was made to feel relaxed.

Fantastic dental durgery

This was my first appointment with the new Dental Hygienist, following the retirement of the previous Hygienist who had treated me for over 25 years. I was very happy with the treatment I received, and found the new Hygienist to be skilful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was able to get an appointment easily. Sherri and Pauline are kind and professional. They explain everything clearly and answer any questions.

First visit to a dentist for some time. Lovely practice. All the staff I met were great! Laura was fantastic and really put me at ease. Highly recommended!!
