As I have said before on previous question surveys.I have been a long standing customer of this Dental practice for many years and I have always had good service and respect from both the Dental staff and Hygienist and Dental assistants and Reception staff.Thank you.Mr.C.T. Webster.

Friendly throughout .Unhurried. Very professional.Hygenist first and then six monthly checkup

The current hygenist is brillint. I understand he is leaving. I hope the replacement meets his standards.

Good professional staff and team . Very thorough with examination and talks through all procedures that are needed. Recommend highly. Clean surgery and welcoming.

Hygienist very good, explained everything very well and helpful with my questions. I have a sensitive gag reflex which she accommodated, the Dental Nurse was also very accommodating not filling the back of my mouth with the water. Previous visit the Dental Nurse’s method was a bit harsh to be honest.

The team here are so lovely and they make us feel very welcome. It's great that check ups for under 5s are free when accompanying a paying parent and my son loves their dinosaur stickers!

Following my previous very poor experience with another dentist at this clinic (who is fortunately no longer employed there), I am pleased to say that Johann Havenga fully restored my confidence in the clinic, which had been badly shaken.

The hygenist and dental nurse, was friendly, put me at ease, explained everything they were doing . Very professional

New hygienist was very skilful. She was using new equipment and methods and explained them in detail before commencing the treatment. She kept checking on my comfort during the procedure. Afterwards, she offered further advice about brushing, etc. There were two other personnel attending: an assistant and (presumably) a trainee. It felt like a spa treatment!
